Not even a full week passed before they lost my little first-grader and didn’t tell me (she did), tested her without my permission (again, she told me), and didn’t see her leave the grounds to get in my car upon dismissal—even amidst a known kidnapper on the prowl around school grounds. I prayed to Yah for a solution because public school just wasn’t it, and He led us to homeschool.
